Who we are

Sea Wave Adventures OÜ ("we", "us", "Sea Wave Yachts") is registered in Estonia (Tornimäe tn 7–169, Tallinn 10145). We operate the yacht brokerage website at seawaveyachts.com. As an EU-registered entity, all personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

Data we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and any message content. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, with your consent, analytics data via Google Analytics 4.

How we use it

Inquiry data is used to respond to your enquiry and may be shared with the relevant broker at Sea Wave Yachts. We do not sell your data to third parties. With your consent, we may send you relevant market updates and new listing notifications.

Data retention

Inquiry data is held for up to 3 years unless you request earlier deletion. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention periods.

Selling your boat through us

If you instruct us to sell your boat, we collect your name and contact details, the boat's details, and a written record of our intake call with you. We may send you a private link so you can check and complete that record yourself; the page is excluded from search engines, and the link expires.

All of it is used for one purpose: to prepare and market the listing you have asked us to prepare. The lawful basis is performance of our agreement with you rather than consent, which is why there is nothing to tick.

Our retention policy is that the written record of the call is deleted once your boat is listed, and otherwise after twelve months with no activity on your file. The boat's details and your contact details are kept for as long as we are acting for you.

Photographs you send us are used internally to prepare the listing and are not published — the photographs on our listings are our own. To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you or your boat, email privacy@seawaveyachts.com.

Your rights
