Listings
All listing information is provided in good faith but is not guaranteed. Prices are in EUR and subject to change. We recommend commissioning an independent marine survey before any purchase. All transactions are handled through a secure escrow process.
Brokerage
Sea Wave Yachts acts as agent for the seller unless appointed as buyer's agent. Our standard brokerage commission is agreed with the seller and does not increase the advertised price to the buyer. Full brokerage terms are provided in the listing agreement.
Limitation of liability
Sea Wave Adventures OÜ is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listing information, communication delays, or third-party services referenced on this site. Maximum liability is limited to the brokerage fee paid, where applicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be referred to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
